Account data — when you sign up we collect your email address and, if you use Google OAuth, your name and profile picture.

Usage data — questions answered, scores, session timestamps, and feature interactions. This powers your personal analytics dashboard.

Device & log data — browser type, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically via server logs and analytics tooling.

To provide and improve the service — personalising your study dashboard, tracking progress, and powering the AI Tutor.

To communicate with you — account confirmations, product updates, and support responses. We do not send unsolicited marketing.

To detect and prevent abuse — protecting the platform from automated scraping and fraud.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider.
• Anthropic — messages sent to the AI Tutor are processed by the Claude API. Do not include personal information in tutor messages.
• Cloudflare — our hosting and CDN provider.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your account and study data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@project-pass.com to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
