You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@project-pass.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Intellectual Property
All content on Project Pass — including questions, flashcards, study notes, and software — is owned by or licensed to us. Certification names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners (Microsoft, CompTIA, ISC2, AWS, Google). Project Pass is not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification vendor.
AI Tutor
The AI Tutor is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Responses are AI-generated and may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI Tutor output for exam preparation — always verify against official vendor documentation.
Payments & Refunds
The base tier is free forever. Pro is a paid subscription billed in advance on a recurring basis and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Paid upgrades are non-refundable except for support exceptions or where required by applicable consumer protection law. See our Billing Terms for full details on renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
Disclaimers
Supplementary Educational Tool. Project Pass is designed to supplement, not replace, comprehensive certification preparation. Our practice questions, flashcards, and study materials are intended to reinforce and assess knowledge gained through official certification training, documentation, instructor-led courses, hands-on labs, and other primary learning resources. We do not guarantee exam success, and we recommend using Project Pass alongside — not instead of — a complete study plan that includes official vendor documentation and hands-on practice. Certification exam content, formats, and passing requirements are determined solely by the respective certifying bodies (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA) and are subject to change without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using Project Pass will result in passing any certification exam.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Pass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
